First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a fulltime commitment to staying in touch with you every step of the way in your Real Estate transaction. I can and will do that for you and your family until you are in your new home.

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience of the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. My years of experience in the Memphis Metro  market - I have the expertise and knowledge for the success you need to make the best home buying decision.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website, but these will never replace the time I will spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process. I am a little old school, I like meeting and talking to my customers, to find out their needs and time lines. Nothing can replace a face to face or a one on one by phone. I do email and text for the speed and convenience so rest assured that you can reach me on either of these wonderful tools but remember I will make time to speak with you or meet with you.
